When you contact us, we process the information you provide: name, email address, subject, message and any further contact details. The contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. We use Zoho Mail to handle and respond to enquiries by email. We use this data to respond and prepare business cooperation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) for other business correspondence. Providing data is voluntary; without the necessary contact details we may be unable to reply. Please do not send sensitive information through the form.
Recipients and international transfers
Data is accessed by people handling your enquiry and hosting, form and email providers where necessary. Netlify, Inc. provides hosting and contact form processing through Netlify Forms. Its infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, maintain the business relationship, meet legal obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data is deleted when these grounds no longer apply. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s settings and security needs. You can ask us about the retention period for your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
